When Doris contacted me for photos to grace the back of her new book, I was, of course, super excited to be working with a fun, new author! She wanted something a little different than a typical headshot, so this was right up my alley! In spite if the tricky weather we keep having this summer (super hot and super rainy!) we were able to snag some gorgeous shot of Doris that she can use to market her budding career as an author!

It seems I’ve had a run of pink weddings lately, but I especially love the way the pink and green details pop at this beautiful lakeside wedding at Paradise Cove. Carrie and Randy are sweet and creative and absolutely in love! They handpicked an amazing playlist for their DJ to incorporate at their reception and it was fantastic to hear some of my favorites among the mix! Hooray for great music!!!

Since the ceremony ended pretty much right at sunset we got to rock some fun night portraits with these two, and I love the results! I love being a part of one of the biggest days of my couple’s lives and capturing the emotion and fun and frenzy that makes this day what it is… and I LOVE seeing the emotion on their faces and in the energy of the photos! I think you can’t miss the love and the energy at this wedding…just take a peek!!!

I met Logan two years ago when we traveled in the same group to Rwanda. Even though Sarah didn’t join us all on that trip, I think it was pretty clear that it wouldn’t be too long before they tied the knot, so I was definitely excited when Logan called me several months ago to go undercover and secretly photograph his picnic proposal to Sarah! And can I just say that sneaky proposal pics are soooo much fun to shoot

I had an absolute blast working with these two and I can honestly say that Sarah was the happiest most relaxed bride I have worked with yet! (And I have great brides!!!) Since Sarah works at the JW Marriott (their incredible Orlando venue) the staff were all very involved and super excited for her everywhere we went throughout the day. This property is just beautiful for weddings!!!

Fabulous couple, perfect weather, and all around just a beautiful event! Congrats Logan & Sarah, you two are absolutely amazing!!!
