I’m extra excited about this post and the next few still to come because I’ve upgraded some of my gear and I’m definitely pleased with the results! (And I’ve got more exciting equipment surprises to come in the next few wees/months!)

David and Linda are a gorgeous, creative, fun couple…exactly the kind of clients for me! Even though it wasn’t our original plan for the day I really enjoyed shooting with them in this location because its been over a year since I last shot here and its interesting and exciting to see how my vision as a photographer has grown and changed.

So I found out an interesting fact about David on this session…he hates the wind! Thankfully we finished shooting right before a storm rolled in with its wind and all!
E-Session round two is yet to come, but for now, enjoy!

Kristen found me some time ago at a bridal show and from our very first meeting, I could tell she was such a sweetheart! I met Jimmy a few months ago when I shot their E-Session and I was so happy to see that he was the perfect complement for my super sweet bride! I love that I have such wonderful people for my clients!

We’ve had some ridiculously hot days this summer, so Kristen was worried that we’d have to move her ceremony indoors, but just before the ceremony some clouds rolled in took the edge off the heat, and amazingly the rain held out until we were done with the ceremony and all of our outdoor portaits! I love when that happens!!

It was a pleasure to work with DJ Kelly Suit of A Premier Entertainment. Its so true that a good DJ can make or break a party!

I may have mentioned in their E-Session post that I met Tina & Rodney in my favorite sushi restaurant and they soon after became my clients! Its very clear that the passion Tina and Rodney share is grounded in their faith and I have the utmost respect for this kind-hearted couple.

Their ceremony at Trinity Presbyterian in Lakeland was just beautiful. The tress were hand picked by Tina and brought in all the way from her home town of New Orleans! And the reception at the Lakeland Yacht club was nothing but dancing from start to finish. Tina has such a sweet demeanor and was just adored by all the little ones at the wedding all throughout the evening. So precious! I have a little game where I try to guess which grooms are going to be tearin’ up on the dance floor and I have to admit I was wrong about Rodney because he mentioned at their engagement session that he had dreaded their dance lessons at first, but he and Tina were quite the fun pair! Thanls for letting me be a part of your day!
