Terese & Keith

June 6, 2008

I always enjoy meeting my couples before the wedding day, whether it be at a meeting or an engagement session o whatever, its just fun to explore their styles and personalities and it makes the wedding day so relaxed and fun! But since I had only spoken to Terese via telephone and email prior to the big day, I was so happy to meet such a fun, laidback couple! Terese photographs beautifully and I absolutely love the lace veil that she wore!

Except for a minor dress mishap with the pollen from Terese’s beautiful orange flowers (Thank goodness for Tide to Go!) the day was flawless and the Grand Plaza (St. Pete Beach) was a great venue for a beach wedding…I’m looking forward to shooting there again on Sunday :)

Kristi & Mike

There are so many perks to this job, and I love that although the basic elements of each wedding are the same, there is something different and fun about every wedding!

Kristi & Mike had a beautiful wedding at First Methodist Church in Auburndale and a lively reception at Schalamar Creek. And of course, my favorite detail was their amazing Candy Bar! (Not like a stick of chocolatey goodness, but an entire table of candy fun!) So adorable!

Lauren & Dustin had a beautiful wedding at the Kathleen Historical Society’s Park. Most of the wedding details were hand made by Lauren and her family! And I was so impressed that Lauren bought her amazing dress through Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation.

Their mission is grant wishes for metastatic breast cancer patients, while continuing to support, educate and increase breast cancer awareness. Check them out at http://makingmemories.org/
